Principal
Mrs. Honerlaw, daughter of our art teacher Mrs. Bock, has been teaching at LBA since 2001. As the Principal, and an alumnus of LBA herself, her passion for Christian education is strongly conveyed to each of our students.
Preschool Director and Teacher, K-4
Mrs. Heintzelman is a graduate of God's Bible College here in the Cincinnati area. She specializes in Early Childhood Education and has experience teaching both Kindergarten and Preschool.
Finance Officer
Mrs. Truesdale, along with her late husband Mr. R. Dean Truesdale, is a co-founder of LBA and has served in various day-to-day operations of the school since its inception in 1984.
Secretary
Mrs. Smith has served as our secretary at LBA for over 10 years. Her office and organizational skills are indispensable to the smooth operation of our administrative offices.
Teacher- Art
Mrs. Bock has been training young artists in Cincinnati for over 17 years. An outstanding artist herself, she still counts her students’
accomplishments to be her greatest delight.
Preschool Aide
Mrs. Cramer assists the needs of our school in several capacities. She is a proud LBA parent and has two children attending school here.

Mrs. Kneller has been teaching elementary students in Christian schools for more than 20 years. She loves the fun and challenges of a classroom of high energy children.
Teacher - Grade 1
Mrs. Lunsford joins our LBA faculty with 15 years of teaching experience and a Master's degree from Indiana University.
Teacher, 3-year old class
Mrs. Maddux has a Master of Education degree from Xavier University and over 30 years of experience teaching Kindergarten and Preschool aged children.
Teacher - History, Grades 7 & 8; Physical Education, K-8
As a proud LBA parent of several years, Mrs. Mishler is no stranger to our school. She teaches 7th & 8th grade Social Studies, and Physical Education for grades K-8.
Teacher - Language Arts & Literature, Grades 5 - 8
Mrs. Parker is currently teaching Grades 7-8 Language Arts, Science and Math and frequently directs our Middle School students in community service projects. She has three children that attend LBA.

Mrs. Penn has a strong background in Christian Education. In the classroom, her students grow not only through academic study, but spiritual discipline as well.

Mrs. Pento received her education from two different universities in India. In addition to her teaching skills, she is a talented artist and has two children, both students at LBA.

Mrs. Pokopac received a degree in Christian Education from Cincinnati Christian University. She has two children, both currently enrolled at LBA.
Teacher- Kindergarten
Mrs. Rynearson has over 20 years of experience teaching in the Kindergarten classroom and considers it a great honor to be a child's first elementary school teacher.
Teacher- Math, Grades 5-8; Science, Grade 6
Mrs. Saylor has recently lived and held teaching positions in Montana and is now back in her home state of Ohio. She has experience teaching both Elementary and Middle School students.

Mr. Stillwell does a fantastic job in keeping our facilities and grounds in immaculate shape for the glory of God. He has a profound love for God's Word, and you will rarely find him without his walkman player, listening to biblical teachings as he works.

Mr. Tedesco's education and experience provide the foundation for LBA's music programs. His talents are evidenced by the outstanding annual performances by our students.
Director - Discovery Center; Science, Grades 5, 7, & 8
Mrs. Weideman is the director of the Discovery Center, an intervention program to help students who struggle in the classroom become independent learners.
